The Chester County ACEs Coalition’s mission is to increase our county’s awareness and knowledge of
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and to build resiliency and foster hope in order to offset the cycle of trauma.
On June 8, 2016, the Chester County ACEs Coalition held its first meeting! Patricia McLennan, CEO and Milena Lanz, Associate Director of Health and Social Services for Home of the Sparrow opened the meeting with an introduction to Adverse Childhood Experiences and how the organization began doing research on evidence-based strategies concerning trauma-based experiences.
